Their own words: “WÖLFHEAD was created in 2008. First self titled album appeared on 2011 both in cd and vinyl, released by czech cult label Doomentia Records. After many line-up changes and re-recordings, the second album “Blood Full Moon” finally appears in 2022 in cd/vinyl.
WÖLFHEAD‘s second album, an excellent Heavy Metal work entitled ‘Blood Full Moon’ is out now on digipack CD and digital. Vinyl LPs will be ready at mid november through Discos Macarras Records, Iron Matron Records and Musica Hibrida.
It’s been a while since Wölfhead released their acclaimed self-titled album in 2011 by the prestigious record label Doomentia Records. In fact, this second album composition/recording process started around the same time the band released their debut, but line up changes, personal issues, busy schedules… You know, delayed it until now.
Expect nothing but a good dose of Heavy Metal with plenty of different influences from Doom, Stoner, Epic Metal, Rock’n’Roll, Grunge, Psychedelia… Whatever that makes the songs dark, catchy and heavy!”
